General Runoff Election December 3, 2024
The Board of Election Commissioners of Faulkner County, Arkansas, do hereby give notice that an election shall be held on December 3, 2024, for the General Runoff, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §7-5-202, for all eligible voters residing in the City of Conway Ward 2. This includes precincts 6.01, 7.01, 7.03, 8.01, 8.02, 8.03, 8.06, 9.01, 9.02, 12.09, 40.01, 49.01, 49.02, 49.03, and 49.04.

Tuesday & Wednesday, November 26 & 27, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday, November 29, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monday, December 2, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Election Day Voting Information
Vote Centers will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Voters in line at 7:30 p.m. will be allowed to vote. Voters may vote at any Vote Center.

To request an absentee ballot, contact the County Clerk’s Office at 801 Locust St, Conway, AR, 501-450-4909. Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Absentee ballots will be processed and canvassed no earlier than November 26, 2024, and will continue each day after that as needed. Absentee ballots will be opened and canvassed on December 3, 2024.
All election processes listed below will be conducted at the Faulkner County Election Commission Annex, 844 Faulkner St, Conway, or Faulkner County Courthouse, 801 Locust St, Conway.

A list of election officials appointed to conduct this election will be posted for public viewing at the Faulkner County Clerk’s Office no later than November 18, 2024. Any objections to appointed election officials shall be made in writing to the Faulkner County Election Commission, 801 Locust St, Conway, AR, 72034. An objection that an official is a spouse of a county election commissioner, a county party chair, or a spouse of a county party chair must be filed within 7 days of November 18. An objection that an official is married to a candidate or related to a candidate within the second degree of consanguinity must be made within 10 days of November 18.
Sample Ballots may be found at https://www.votefaulkner.com/ or on the Secretary of State’s website https://www.voterview.ar-nova.org/VoterView. Ballots will be made available no later than 20 days before the election. Sample ballots will also be available at all vote centers. Ballot order for each candidate was determined by drawing in a public meeting.
